First line here is literal: there's no street between the apartment and the boulevard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a shared pool.

That's the shortest of the four; Town House is the furthest out, at five hundred metres. All renovated, all ours, and you book them here directly from €76 a night.

Our apartment doesn't face the street but overlooks the enclosed courtyard garden with the large swimming pool, and that garden keeps the traffic at a distance. Right outside the door is the centre of Albir, with all the bustle that comes with it. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a covered parking space. A hundred metres to the beach.

In July and August, the afternoon moves to the inner garden behind the building, where the pool and sun loungers are; the south-facing terrace gets too much sun by then. Seventy-five metres to the beach, the promenade starts almost at the door. One bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the living room — with four people it's full.

The upper terrace stays light the longest in the evening — that's the terrace where you end up sitting. We've completely rebuilt the inside of the house: six beds, fibre-optic internet, a garage big enough for the bikes. Two hundred metres to the restaurants, five hundred to the beach: of our four houses in Albir, this is the one furthest from the sea.

We let our own houses, with no middleman. That's why no platform service fee ever appears on screen: what you watch add up against the dates is what you pay.
The four houses in Albir sit between 4.94 and 4.97 on Airbnb, across 222 reviews between them; the Irish house is on 5.00 over 24. We've renovated them all and we look after them ourselves.
The day before you leave, you fill in who's coming on your phone; a photo of your passport fills the fields for you. In Spain that registration is a legal requirement, in Ireland it isn't. Either way, there's nothing left to do when you arrive.

The apartment was centrally located and within walking distance of the beach. It was neat, clean and spacious. The balcony was also a great bonus. Highly recommended!

Lovely little townhouse. Great location, close to the supermarkets, bars and the beach. Very clean and modern. The pool is a bit smaller than we expected, and the terrace and balcony overlook a fairly busy road, but this wasn't a problem as you can't hear it inside or on the back terrace, which we used more, but this is why it's such a great location. A beautiful view and perfect weather made it a great holiday and a fantastic birthday treat. Will definitely be back.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is centrally located and yet private, and it certainly met our expectations. It had a lovely pool area - a good alternative to the beach, which is within walking distance. Pleasant and clear communication with the owners, from booking to departure. Recommended!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The apartment is a good size with everything you need. Saskia was a fantastic host! Parking was easy and the pool was a big hit with our one- and five-year-old! I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone.

County Westmeath, Ireland
Among the fields of Westmeath stands the house alone, with thick walls and an open fireplace. Three bedrooms, six people, two bathrooms one of which has a bathtub. There's nothing around the corner — for a shop or a pub you get in the car — but Dublin is an hour's drive away, so a day in the city is possible without having to relocate. The key is in a box, so you arrive whenever suits you.
