Nice and beautiful stay and view, within walking distance of the centre.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of the touristy town of L'Albir. It was very quiet at night. The apartment is modern and decorated with soul. There were amenities we appreciated, such as: basic cosmetics, herbs, tea and coffee. There is also a dishwasher in the apartment and a Sonos speaker that let us play our favourite music. The beds are very comfortable. The advantage is the proximity to the path to the lighthouse - scenic and not difficult. Finding a parking spot on the street in front of the building was no problem. What we liked less was that the apartment was quite cold and damp (we were there at the beginning of December and in January). We couldn't do laundry because it didn't dry, and the towels remained damp and unpleasant.

A lovely apartment in a great location. Extremely clean, easy access to the accommodation and just a slight hill from the town, which was less than 5 minutes' walk. One thing to note - the main bedroom is open to the dining area on one side with only a modest screen separating it, so not private at all. Otherwise, great accommodation for a family, with a friendly and helpful landlord.

We had a really lovely week in the apartment with our two children! The apartment absolutely had all the amenities you needed, was clean and tidy, modern and centrally located. It was easy both to check in and to leave the apartment, and the host was great at responding and staying in touch. The apartment is in a quiet area and there's no noise. We're very happy and can highly recommend the apartment and the host to others!

The place was really great. Beautiful view! Air conditioning only in the large room, so one bedroom (the other is just a separate part of the living room) got little fresh air. Since it was so hot when we were there, we had to buy a couple of fans, which we left behind. We also didn't fully understand that the apartment doesn't have a terrace, a bit disappointing, but that's our own fault for not reading the description carefully enough. Anyway, the apartment was absolutely perfect otherwise. Clean and nice. Incredibly tidy and clean, the whole area and the common spaces were spotless. Pleasant neighbours and a quiet setting. The stay is well worth it and we'll definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed here with our two girls, aged 5 and 8, and we had a fantastic stay. Within walking distance of the beach and the boulevard with restaurants. Perfect stay! We stayed a week together with our 3-year-old daughter. Also great with kids, a cot and high chair are available on request. Also a microwave, oven, you name it! The location is perfect, everything within walking distance - supermarket and lots of nice restaurants. Plenty to do on the beach for (little) kids too, thanks to the many playgrounds.

We were immediately struck by how beautiful the apartment was, so modern with a gorgeous view. The area in Albir has a lot to offer, fantastic restaurants and places to eat, plenty of entertainment for families without ever feeling overcrowded or too busy. We visited a lot of local attractions, all within a 30 minute drive. Would highly recommend Altea and Castell Guadalest. Villajoyosa has the best beach, sandy with incredibly shallow, clear water. From start to finish Saskia was super responsive and very accommodating. The pool was lovely and the residents were all friendly. We highly recommend your apartment and the Albir area. A week in Alfaz de Pi was excellent! Saskia's apartment is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay, we didn't miss a thing. The view of the ocean is beautiful! It's also located in a very quiet area right on the seafront. Just a 3-minute walk away are lovely bays with hardly anyone around. The main beach, bars, restaurants and shops are also very close by - about a 10-minute walk. A very nice place to enjoy your holidays! 100% recommended!

Absolute gem of a space

The apartment is perfect for young families or couples! It's a lovely apartment, with every amenity you could think of. The sea view is beautiful at sunrise. The apartment gets sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon, which keeps it nice and cool. It's also very clean and quietly located. It's a 5-minute walk downhill to the sea, restaurants and shops (10 minutes back up the hill 😉). There's plenty of parking nearby.

Beautiful apartment with a lovely view. Everything you need is there and the interior is stylish and clean. You can dry your clothes on the shared roof. A nice town (Altea) for evenings is a 10-minute drive away. Our favourite beach was in Vilajoyosa (25 minutes by car). Albir has some great restaurants. We would come back :)

We had a wonderful stay at Saskia's apartment. The location is perfect, with a beautiful view from the window and just five minutes from the beach. The apartment itself was spotless, with a modern and comfortable interior that made us feel right at home. The small kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need, the beds are spacious and comfortable, and the pool is fairly quiet at any time. We'd also like to highlight the attention we received from Walter and Saskia, who were quick to answer any questions. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to other travelers looking for a cozy, well-located place in El Albir.

A beautiful apartment, recently renovated, very clean, no detail missing, tastefully furnished, very comfortable beds and pillows, towels and kitchen utensils in very good condition. The facilities are very well maintained, there's a pool that's not very big but the neighbours are very courteous, we didn't experience any crowds, quite the opposite, a very quiet setting, and you can park very close by without any trouble. A real recommendation - if we come back, this will undoubtedly be our first choice.

I would highly recommend this place... we had a great time. Very responsive host and a warm welcome on arrival. The apartment is exactly as described, clean and has everything you need. The view of the sea and mountains during your morning coffee is priceless! The pool is lovely and although it's shared, it was never busy and the other renters were friendly. The location is perfect... close enough to the beach that you can walk back wet. Lots of local restaurants and a 10 minute walk from a nature reserve. I'd recommend taking the time to walk to the lighthouse. Plenty to do in the area, the Sunday market is worth a visit, as are the Roman ruins. We also took the kids to the water park and the zoo and took a taxi there and back, which was 12 euros each way. We also enjoyed a visit to Altea, a traditionally beautiful old Spanish town centre within walking distance. If there's availability, don't miss it... grab this Airbnb! It was one of our favourite holidays so far

Very happy with our second stay in this apartment. We love the location, close to both the beach and the lovely walk to El Faro. We have everything we need in the apartment, it's easy to stay here. The landlord responds quickly to questions and we have a nice 'host' who welcomes us on arrival. Good beds. Clean and tidy👍 We'd love to come back.

A great apartment🤩, perfectly suited for a family of four. Really nice apartment in a quiet area. The photos matched reality. Very good beds🤩. Plenty of towels, sufficient kitchen utensils, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, washing machine and good drying facilities were things we really appreciated. A short distance from the beach and the shop, so it's no problem not having a car on holiday. Saskia responded quickly to all questions and we always got a friendly answer, whatever we asked. A fantastic view of the ocean☀️. We recommend this apartment, we'd love to come back here.

Beautiful view of the sea from the apartment, you can never get enough of it! Everything is very clean and well maintained. You can walk to the beach (pebble beach), but also to the shops, restaurants, etc. There is street parking. We were lucky and always found a spot. Nice big and comfortable bed! We'd love to come back!

It's great here. The sea view from the living room is beautiful. Located within a short walking distance of the beach, restaurants, etc. The only concern - if you're traveling with kids and need 'guaranteed' privacy, keep in mind that the large bedroom is combined with the living room and the doors don't have locks. :)

We spent four days here at the end of September. In one word: amazing. The apartment was spotless, modern, well equipped... and with a view of the Mediterranean to die for (the bluest water you can imagine). We were well helped by Saskia and her staff (mainly Walter). We were within walking distance of the beach and the town centre... and with a short bus ride or a taxi ride we reached the beautiful town of Altea (with its old centre, historic church on the hill and beaches). Walter welcomed us very kindly and was punctual. We loved the family apartment (for 4 people) or for couples. The shower was large and the water plentiful. The kitchen was fully equipped. The views were excellent. Being able to see the sea and the mountains from an apartment isn't something that happens every day. The shared pool was also a good size and easy to access. And the location of the apartment was also very convenient, close to all amenities and restaurants. At the same time, we could sleep peacefully because the area was quiet. Thank you for everything! We hope to come back again soon!

Saskia's home is a hidden gem! The location is great, a short walk to the beach, a nature park with a beautiful walk to a lighthouse, and all restaurants and shops nearby. Saskia responded super fast and was very helpful. The apartment has all the amenities you need, plus the complex has a pool in case you want to combine a beach and pool day. Everything was perfect from the start. Our contact person was there just before our arrival, the apartment was clean and everything was ready, beds, towels, etc. Everything was there to avoid late shopping (soap, coffee pods, dishwasher pods). Excellent communication. As for the space itself, it's exactly like in the photos, no disappointment at all! I highly recommend it!

The apartment is well located, close to the beach and with a great view and great view. The pool is fantastic and the apartment is very new and well kept. We were very comfortable.

The apartment is really well equipped and Walter is a great host

Saskia is a wonderful host. Her place is just as pristine as you see in the photos and it has everything you need, from a cool interior to a kitchen with a Nespresso machine, a BIG tv monitor, Sonos sound system... It's located just a stone's throw from the entrance to Serra Gelada Park, which is a great place to visit if you go hiking, jogging or just want to learn a bit of local history and admire the beautiful view.... Also close to bars, restaurants and the beach itself. Not to be missed!!!
