Town House

Lovely little townhouse. Great location, close to the supermarkets, bars and the beach. Very clean and modern. The pool is a bit smaller than we expected, and the terrace and balcony overlook a fairly busy road, but this wasn't a problem as you can't hear it inside or on the back terrace, which we used more, but this is why it's such a great location. A beautiful view and perfect weather made it a great holiday and a fantastic birthday treat. Will definitely be back.

I highly recommend renting this place in Albir! Great townhouse where most things were included. Close to everything you can imagine. The pool was great and so were the outdoor seating areas. Quick communication and a friendly welcome from the host, Saskia.

We had such a wonderful holiday at Saskia's place. The house itself was beautiful, impeccably maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Saskia was a fantastic host. Communication was excellent throughout, and I was confident that if any issues had come up, they would have been sorted out immediately. In reality, everything was perfect and we had no problems at all. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, making the whole experience effortless from start to finish. The location was ideal for our family. We could easily walk to supermarkets, shops, and a large selection of independent restaurants and bars. The natural area is also a short distance away and was one of the highlights of our trip. Albir beach is beautiful, and our children loved spending time there. Thank you, Saskia, for such a lovely stay. This really felt like a home away from home, and it was one of the best holidays we've had. We'd love to come back.

A lovely house with spacious bedrooms, spacious bathrooms with bath towels in abundance and also toiletries. We also made a lot of use of the swimming pool. Had really nice app contact with Saskia, a super nice host.

The location is excellent and the house is comfortable, conveniently located close to the center of Albir. The owners were very friendly and responded quickly to our concerns. Although the price is reasonable, we still found it a bit too expensive.

First family holiday with a 3 month old and 4 adults. Saskia's house is beautiful and really well presented. Saskia was a fantastic host and we would love to stay here again in the future. Albir itself is wonderful, very calm and peaceful with lovely bars and restaurants.

The landlord responded quickly and the house and location were unbeatable. We loved being within walking distance of lots of places, but also far enough away for peace and quiet. The house was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the pool was great!

The accommodation is in a great location for the beach and restaurants. The upstairs balcony is a lovely spot to sit in the evening with a view of the mountains.

We had a really nice townhouse, modern, clean. The pool was great, the only thing that could have been better is some sun loungers to lie flat on, because the loungers at the house were only meant for sitting, not for lying down. And taxis, this was a big problem to order and get taxis. After talking to the locals, they said there is a shortage of taxis in the area. But apart from that, everything was great!

Wonderful stay at Saskia's house right in the centre of Albir. Pristine and perfect for my family of four. Saskia is incredibly responsive and helpful. Within walking distance of all the bars, parking for one car, all the amenities you need. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The biggest compliment I can give is that I wished it was my holiday home.

We just spent 9 nights in Saskia's lovely house. We're a family of 6 and the house and the local amenities were absolutely perfect for us. Beautiful, spacious pool just outside your back door. The place was spotless when we arrived and we were kindly allowed to check in a bit early. Saskia met us and was kind and friendly from the start. The house had everything you could hope for, and the number of cafés, shops and bars within short walking distance was ideal for us to stroll around at our leisure. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a family 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Beautiful and spacious house in cozy Albir! It's a small town, so if you want to see more of the coast, it might be worth renting a car so you can visit Benidorm, Altea, etc. Smaller but quiet pool right outside the door. However, there are no sun loungers, and the ones in the garage were broken. Otherwise, the house matched the descriptions and photos.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was so clean and looks exactly like the photos. Saskia met us on arrival and showed us around this beautiful house. Everything is right on the doorstep, a great supermarket and restaurants a five-minute walk away. A lovely beach 10 minutes' walk away, but the best part was the outdoor garden and the pool. It was very quiet and on some days we had the pool all to ourselves, the kids had such a wonderful time. It's a great choice, you'll love it! Thank you so much Saskia, we'll be back.

Nice, clean and tidy terraced house within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We also visited Altea and Kalpe. You can quickly visit the best restaurants in Albir, so it was nice to have some variety. The taxi usually came, but there was always a waiting time of about 30 minutes. It was a plus that there were taxis for 5 people that we could use. Quiet by the pool, traffic noise at the front of the house where we used to have breakfast. Still good value for money.

Very nice place, super friendly landlord. The downside was that there was only enough hot water for 2 showers/people. Apart from that, a great place.

Beautiful Spanish home in a great location. Everything within walking distance: supermarket, bakery, small restaurants, beach, walking route towards the lighthouse. Own parking space with a locked gate. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 children. The cot was fine. There was also a high chair and plates arranged. Lovely contact person! We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful townhouse. It's in a great walkable location for everything you might need, and the house itself is very comfortable, well-equipped and stylish. Our hosts were super responsive and helpful, and everything from check-in to check-out went very smoothly. We even had the chance to see the owner's two-bed apartment in Albir, which is now also on our list of favourite places to book in future. We had 14 wonderful days at Saskia's house. It was clean and tidy and we really enjoyed ourselves. Whenever I contacted her with questions, I always got a quick and pleasant response. We'd love to go back several times!

The house is just like in the photos, we love the way the spaces have been designed, and the air conditioning helped us through the very warm nights! The house made the stay extra special. Good parking for a rental car. Facilities to wash and dry towels and more. Breakfast every day on the terrace in front of the house. Outdoor spaces with sun or shade from morning till evening. Lovely pool. Very pleasant neighbourhood. Good beds. Quiet area, but within walking distance of plenty of places to eat.

Had a wonderful time, the apartment is very modern and was very clean. The pool was great and never too busy. The location is ideal for the supermarkets, restaurants and the beach.

There were five of us and we had a TOP stay at Saskia and her husband's house. The house really has everything and we lacked nothing! Each bedroom had its own colour towels and there were large bath towels for by the pool. Bakery, Consum supermarket, small restaurants and the beach are just a few minutes' walk from the house. A real recommendation!!!

We had a great time in the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The townhouse is located at a perfect distance from the beach, supermarkets and the lighthouse. We loved staying in the house and if we go back to Albir we'll try to rent the house again

Wonderful place with more than just the essentials. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped, nothing is missing. The surroundings were quiet and even though it was a shared pool, it didn't feel like there were many people around. Also really close to the beach, which is great. It's also very close to the shops, cafés and all the local restaurants and bars. The host welcomed us and made the whole check-in process very easy with a great tour of the place. Thank you for having us, Saskia! We'll definitely recommend it to our friends and are considering coming back again.

Saskia was a wonderful host, answering everything we needed, and Walter greeted us on arrival, which was a delight! The house has everything you could ever need, perfectly clean, modern and so quiet. We'll definitely be back, our 11 month old baby loved the pool and the walks to the beach and slept like an angel in the provided cot, we couldn't have asked for more!

The house is beautiful, modern and clean, and has everything you need and more. We loved how close it is to everything in Albir, shops, beach and restaurants. On the days we didn't go to the beach, we stayed by the pool, which is very nice, with a well-maintained lawn. The neighbours are also very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Saskia's house. The beds are really comfortable and the house is extremely well equipped. They even had a chair and a bed for our 2-year-old. The garden and the pool are really beautiful and we spent quite a bit of time there. Both Saskia and Walter were very helpful before and upon arrival. I can really recommend going to the restaurant See the Sea, delicious food and beautiful views, and Parque de la Serra is a must see. I really recommend staying at Saskia's house.

Albir is a fairly touristy area, but the charming little town of Altea is about a 45-minute walk away and definitely worth a visit. The house is a very short walk from a national park with a lighthouse, which is really nice for sunrise, and a beautifully clean and clear pebble beach. Water shoes can help!

The house is exactly as described in the photos. It's comfortable, well equipped in every area (kitchen, air conditioning, bedding...), and it has a nice pool that's shared but very quiet, just like the neighbourhood. It's close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The landlord was attentive when we arrived and left the property. Highly recommended. We were very happy.

We spent a wonderful month at Saskia's house. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, Walter was very helpful, and communication was no problem either. The house is very stylish and has all the equipment/features one could need. We came with a 9-month-old baby, and a cot and a baby chair were waiting for us. A great place to stay, with a modern TV and perfect wifi (400 mbit). A perfect spot to work and enjoy a holiday. The bathrooms are modern with rain showers. All amenities are provided in both the bathroom and the kitchen. 10/10 would book again.

Very modern, recently fully renovated, everything is brand new, fully air-conditioned, spacious, high-quality beds, meets the highest hotel standards. Walter was waiting for us when we arrived 1 hour late, spoke perfect English and showed us everything. He also checked via WhatsApp to make sure everything was alright.

Saskia's house was really beautiful. The interior was tastefully decorated to a high standard, all the appliances were incredibly new and the house was very clean. We found plenty of towels in every bedroom, including beach towels. Basic supplies like gel, shampoo and cleaning products were also provided. The pool is simple, but nice to have after a day at the beach. The check-out was the only thing I'd suggest improving, as it was a somewhat awkward moment, the host arrived 10 minutes early (10.50 am) and started walking around the house while we were still in it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay enormously and would definitely come back / recommend it!
